The restaurant "El Castelo" reopens under the leadership of chef Ángel Izquierdo and Susana Tirado as head waitress. Both are starting this personal project, full of energy and enthusiasm, which they transmit in each of their dishes. Their cuisine, after their time in the kitchens of L'Atelier de Robouchon, revolves around seasonal and local produce. His aim is to show in each dish the flavour and simplicity of the best techniques.

Under the roof of this old barn, Angel's talent, Susana's expertise and the setting offered by the location of our hotel now come together. A charming place, surrounded by nature, tranquillity and a cuisine with the flavour of home.
