In one of the most charming corners of Piantón, where the aroma of the sea blends with the countryside, Casa Jano offers a culinary experience based on traditional Asturian cuisine. Founded as a classic village bar, it has maintained its welcoming essence over the years, becoming a meeting place for locals, social gatherers and travellers.
Since 2001, Alfredo García and Lucas Lastra have been in charge of the restaurant, giving it a close and familiar character that is reflected both in the atmosphere and in the treatment. Casa Jano's cuisine stands out for its grill and the use of high quality local products, treated with care and faithful to the traditional recipes.
In its menu, emblematic Asturian dishes coexist with some proposals with Galician roots, reflecting the geographical proximity between the two lands. At Casa Jano, the product is always the protagonist and tradition is the guiding thread of each preparation.
