Taste in Oscos Eo
Sidrería Solleiro
Its terrace invites you to enjoy the local gastronomy while tasting its own natural cider, made in the house cider press, with apples of 24 varieties grown on its five hectares and a careful traditional process that culminates in a production of up to 200,000 litres.
The menu offers a wide range of regional flavours with popular dishes such as the Taramundi cheese platter, fabes con almejas (beans with clams), a variety of omelettes (including the iconic "tortilla Solleiro" with peppers) and typical desserts, all accompanied by a select wine list.
Open from Easter and throughout July and August, without prior reservation, it offers midday and evening cuisine, in a space that is accessible even to visitors with pets. Its recognition includes two Trisqueles from the Michigrín Guide 2014, a certificate of excellence from Tripadvisor in 2015 and having been a finalist in the Gijón Cider Competition.
An essential stop for those who wish to savour the authentic tradition of the Ossoean cider.
