Enjoy surfing at the spectacular Penarronda Beach, which has a specially designated area for this activity. Its privileged location, protected by dunes and in the shape of a bay, means that the waves arrive more gently, creating ideal conditions both for beginners and for perfecting the technique of this exciting water sport. You can take classes adapted to all ages and levels, taught by expert instructors, or hire all the equipment you need directly from the school, for an exciting and fun experience in contact with the sea and nature!

Hola Ola School

This surf school has been offering its services since 2000, offering courses adapted to different ages and levels to guarantee a complete and safe learning experience. The main objective is that each student can start and advance with confidence in this exciting sport.

To ensure personalised teaching, the teacher-student ratio is six students to one instructor at beginner level. The instructors have more than a decade of experience teaching surf lessons and have official qualifications awarded by the Galician, Asturian or Spanish Surfing Federations. In addition, they all have extensive knowledge in first aid and first aid.

The centre has NSP soft/epoxy boards with special protection for beginners and basic levels, as well as Torq and Al Merrick boards for more advanced levels or for hire.

- From 16:00 to 18:00 h

In addition to surfing, the company offers exciting water activities in the beautiful Eo estuary, such as water banana rides, kite surfing or big sup. Discover new experiences and enjoy the sea in a different way!

Lampariego Surf School

The school offers complete beginner and advanced surfing courses, as well as equipment hire so you can enjoy surfing whenever you want. Among the equipment available you will find wetsuits, foam boards, rigid boards, shortboards and evolving boards. In addition, the school encourages respect for the sea, teaching its students about tides, currents and safety, so that they can surf safely and responsibly.

All courses include the complete equipment (board, invention and wetsuit), as well as liability insurance and accident insurance. Each instructor will attend to a maximum of seven students to guarantee personalised and effective attention.

- From 15:00 to 17:00 hours
- From 17:30 to 19:30 hours

There is also the possibility of individual or couple classes, in continuous timetable from 11:00 to 19:00 hours.
